Looking for a deeper Backbend? Wanting to learn how to flow in and out of Backbends in your practice BUT, 2 hours of Backbends sounds impossible!?!? It is really not at all. Join us for about 75 minutes of “backbend prep” – including shoulder openers and quad/psoas lengthening that paves the way into a safe and healthy backbend (maybe or may not). The last half of the workshop lands us in about 45 minutes of restorative shoulder and pelvic release using props and the wall. Come celebrate the Fall time change with Back Bending Postures that are rejuvenating and awakening. The “Fall Back” just might move your practice forward!
